I put together a short asana sequence for you guys to try in the evening. It's super short - only 5 poses. Technically. Hold each pose "for a while" - take it slow. Give it a shot tonight after you brush your teeth and just before you climb into bed - let me know how it works out. No pose names, no instructions, just pictures.
